Meeting at 10.30am at Levens Hall Kitchen, levens Hall, Kendal, LA8 0PD.  Tel: 01539 560321.  (Grid ref: 496 851).  Directions:  Leave M6 at junction 35 Carnforth junction.  Head north on A6 through Milnthorpe and carry on north for approx 3 miles.  Levens Hall is on the left just before the bridge over the River Kent.  Parking for the walk may have to be further up the road when we leave the cafe.  The circular walk will go through Levens park towards Hincaster and through the canal tunnel, returning through fields and Mabbin House Farm.  Approx 6.5 miles.
