The 2026 AGM and Spring Meet Weekend

Friday 24th April - Monday 27th April 2026 at The Ripon Inn, Park Street, Ripon, North Yorks, HG4 3BU.

Twin Room DB&B £189pn, Single occupancy £139 pn.
Dinner for those not staying at the hotel will be £30 pp-pn

As usual after our meal on the Friday night we will hold the Annual Photo Competition display.

On the Saturday evening we will hold the AGM and on the Sunday evening the Gala Dinner.

There will be organised rides  on each day, including possibly shorter rides on the Friday and Monday. Or you can of course do your own thing. The hotel is perhaps half a mile from the centre of Ripon.
Menu choices will be made available in the RSJ January 2026.

As the hotel, for GDPR reasons, may be unwilling give us names and the RSF Meet moniker might have been missed off. This form is for members not staying at the hotel and is only for evening dining reservations. If you are staying at the hotel, please book your meals directly with them. In either case please complete your booking by 1st March 2026, late bookings may be possible but this is not guaranteed.
