The RSF admin team must also point out that rides designated as members rides are precisely that, rides organised by a member and advertised here in case other members may wish to join them. We also request that all members putting a ride on add their name to the RSF ride leaders list to be covered under our insurance which you can read here. Adding your name is as simple as emailing the secretary and requesting your name be added to our ride leaders list.
Geoff's very easy ride
Don't forget to let the ride leader know you're coming! Add your status at the foot of the eventThis will be a very easy flat ride on decent surfaces as I get back to cycling. In fact it is less than 5 miles in either direction but the more adventurous can detour up Rivington. I will start at Luciano's on the Middlebrook Centre and ride to the Grace Centre Bolton for tea and cake and then back to the Middlebrook plenty of places to get lunch if you fancy it. Anyone want to come on the train just get off at Horwich Parkway. Meet anytime for a 10.30 set off I think the actual place is opens early but I reckon on being there about 10.00. I will not be going if it is raining so check here the night before.

The weather forecast for this ride keeps changing - it now looks like there might be some rain/drizzle, but I'm still going, will be having breakfast in Luciano's from about 9.45
