The RSF admin team must also point out that rides designated as members rides are precisely that, rides organised by a member and advertised here in case other members may wish to join them. We also request that all members putting a ride on add their name to the RSF ride leaders list to be covered under our insurance which you can read here. Adding your name is as simple as emailing the secretary and requesting your name be added to our ride leaders list.

Through to Lyme Park (for coffee etc) on up to Mudhurst Lane then via lanes with some UP’s and DOWN’s to Whaley Bridge. To Chinley for lunch. Then Over the Hill Road (Roughish Stuff) to New Mlls and the Millenium Walkway (push your bikes) By diverse routes to Disley and up by the church into Lyme Park and over the Knott back to our 4 wheeled transport.
If there is time and the weather is kind, we may stop for a good explore of the Bugsworth Basin.
Similarly the Millenium Walkway and The Torrs Riverside Park is always worth a good look.
The weather could change, everything or it always does !
Approx 20 miles and 3000ft of ascent. Some of the hills are short and steep, both ways, so check you legs and brakes.
