Meet at 10am at Old Hall Farm, Bouth, Cumbria, LA12 8JA. Grid Ref SD 3266 8557.
A 20 mile circuit and 2900ft of ascent on good, well surfaced (but rocky in places) tracks and forest roads. One very rocky descent which is often walked.
Lunch/coffee stop at Grizedale Visitor Centre.
Parking in the village and/or on the verge near the farm (please do not block the access)
