Most events are a day's run, although longer events also take place, such as youth hostel or camping weekends. All are welcome to attend any event, even if you are not yet a member, but any person under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
A selection of local ride reports can be found here and it's hoped that they may give a flavour of the groups' activities.
Please check with the organiser in advance if you wish to verify the meeting place, type of run, lunch arrangements, etc. Where possible an Ordnance Survey grid reference is given for the meeting place.

This ride will take us to Tockholes for lunch, mostly off-road, using the Darwen Valley Parkway, the traffic free cycle route through the M65 motorway services area and the quite new bridleway over Darwen's Winter Hill. We will return via the Roddlesworth Plantation, Abbey Village, Withnell and Pleasington, before joining Sustrans National Cycle Route Six back to Witton Park. A moderate ride of about 25 miles. |
